I'm Lucy, and this is my clinic. It's a calm, personal space rather than a busy corporate room — you're welcome to come in, have a cuppa and talk through whatever is bothering you before deciding anything.
My approach is honest. I'd rather have a proper conversation about what will genuinely suit you than treat everybody the same way. If I don't think something is right for you, I'll tell you and we'll look at the alternatives together.

Lucy is a qualified aesthetics practitioner who also works as a teaching assistant two days a week, supporting children with SEN and other difficulties.
