Clinic policies

Booking & clinic policies

Clear and simple, so there are no surprises on the day.

A small deposit is required to confirm a booking.

Deposits are refundable when cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice.

The minimum age for procedures is 18, and proof of ID may be required.

A 24–48 hour patch test may be required for some procedures.

Aftercare guidance is provided for every procedure, and clients are asked to follow it carefully and get in touch with any concerns.
